What's Included?

Our self-paced online course will guide you through pre-recorded videos of stress resilience coaching. You will receive all of our stress management tools and worksheets. During the course, you will learn all about resilience, grit and mindfulness so you can best regulate and align your mind and nervous system. You'll learn about the different connections between your mind and body. We'll dive into stressors, triggers, and everyday strategies you can implement to self-regulate and soothe yourself.
