For those of you who are vegan curious, or trying out Veganuary, you may be craving some of your non-vegan favorites and wondering how you could possibly live without them. Our favorite meat-like alternative is Impossible. The taste and nutrients make it a family favorite. We do love others, but when making either burgers or meatballs, our go-to option is Impossible.
Vegan Meatball Ingredients
1 pack (12 oz) of Impossible Burger
3 ounces of tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
2 teaspoons of oregano
1 teaspoon of basil
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Preheat the oven to 425F and line a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, unwrap the Impossible burger and place in bowl
Add the remaining ingredients.
Mix together well.
Form the burger into small balls and place onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping half way through.
Enjoy as a side or main dish!
