Vegan Meatballs

For those of you who are vegan curious, or trying out Veganuary, you may be craving some of your non-vegan favorites and wondering how you could possibly live without them. Our favorite meat-like alternative is Impossible. The taste and nutrients make it a family favorite. We do love others, but when making either burgers or meatballs, our go-to option is Impossible.

Vegan Meatball Ingredients

  • 1 pack (12 oz) of Impossible Burger

  • 3 ounces of tomato paste

  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper

  • 2 teaspoons of oregano

  • 1 teaspoon of basil

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil


  • Preheat the oven to 425F and line a baking sheet.

  • In a large bowl, unwrap the Impossible burger and place in bowl

  • Add the remaining ingredients.

  • Mix together well.

  • Form the burger into small balls and place onto the baking sheet.

  • Bake for 20 minutes, flipping half way through.

  • Enjoy as a side or main dish!
