
We all need an extra energy boost from time-to-time (or even daily). Greg is our resident coffee consumer in our household. He loves cold brew because it's less acidic, healthier and leaves him feeling more refreshed throughout the day.
Step One
Grind the coffee beans on coarse setting. The ratio is 3/4 cup grounds to 4 cups of water.
Step Two
Pour water and coffee grounds into pitcher
Step Three
Let coffee and water sit for 20-24 hours
Step Four
Pour out coffee concentrate through filter and enjoy!

Used coffee grounds are a great addition to compost or soil!
