Drink Your Veggies Smoothie

Look we get it, eating all the essential vegetables in a day is sometimes challenging. Whether you have cravings for something different, or you just can't seem to find ways to sneak them in. That's why we are always exploring fun and easy new recipes for everyone to enjoy. These recipes include meals in form of solid and liquid!

Fortunately, our children and ourselves love eating vegetables. We also love drinking them too! We have tried many different options to get this actually tasting like something you would like to drink. We hope you enjoy!


  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 celery stalks

  • 3 carrots

  • 4 kale stalks

  • 8 cups of water

Prep & Blend:

  • Wash all of the vegetables

  • Cut off the ends of the celery, carrots and cucumber.

  • Break the carrots in half (to fit in blender).

  • Blend on high or the smoothie setting (we use a Vitamix) for 3-4 minutes.

  • Serve and enjoy!
