WHAT IT IS
A Magazine Built for the People Who Actually Slow Down
Harmony in the Wild Magazine is not a blog in magazine format. It is not a collection of listicles. It is not content produced for an algorithm or a brand partnership.
It is a proper publication. Each issue is a single theme, explored through wild places — through long-form writing by Jena Pomeroy, field photography by Greg Pomeroy, remote work intelligence, outdoor adventure coverage, and curated field guides for the nature-first traveler.
Designed to be read from cover to cover. Worth keeping.

"Not a travel blog. Not a bucket list. Not content for an algorithm. A proper publication for the people who move slowly, work from anywhere, and travel through wild places with intention."
01
Long-form destination features
Written by Jena Pomeroy, Editor in Chief. 1,500–3,000 words. Places that reward patience.
02
Photography by Greg Pomeroy
20+ years in wild places. Every image on location, in natural light. The visual spine of every issue.
03
Slowmad intelligence
Remote work infrastructure, visa reality, connectivity, cost of living, seasonal routing.
04
Field guides & curated resources
Where to stay, where to work, what to avoid, what to bring. Real-world tested.
05
One theme per issue
EDGE. STILL. CURRENT. GROUND. A single concept explored across wild places, from the inside out.
THE ISSUES
Four Themes. Four Wild Places.
Each issue takes one word and finds it everywhere.

QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions
What format is the magazine?
The Harmony in the Wild Magazine is a premium digital publication — a beautifully designed PDF delivered to your inbox. It reads on any device: desktop, tablet, phone, or e-reader. A print edition is planned for Year 2.
When does Issue 1 come out?
Issue 1: EDGE launches in 2026. Founding subscribers receive it immediately upon subscription and will be the first to know the exact date. Subscribe now to lock in the $60 founding rate before it moves to $72.
Is the founding rate permanent?
Yes. If you subscribe at the $60 founding rate, you keep that rate for as long as you remain a subscriber. It never goes up.
Who writes and photographs the magazine?
All photography is by Greg Pomeroy — 20+ years in wild places. Editorial content is written by Jena Pomeroy, Editor in Chief, with occasional guest contributors in later issues. This is not a content farm. Every word and image is intentional.
What is the difference between the blog and the magazine?
The blog on harmonyinthewild.com is free, evergreen, and SEO-driven — destination guides, remote work resources, and practical travel content. The magazine is the premium product: long-form, photography-led, designed, and published quarterly. The blog is the free sample. The magazine goes deeper.
Can I buy a single issue instead of subscribing?
Yes. Single issues are available for $18 each. A subscription at $60–$72/year is better value if you plan to read more than four issues.
